How Riya handles backlink analysis

1/ Checks your links

Riya pulls your backlink summary and authority score, so you know where you stand today. The data comes from DataForSEO.

Authority 231118 domains

2/ Finds the gap

She compares your links with each competitor's and keeps only the sites that link to them, not to you. You get a short list worth pitching, not thousands of rows to sort.

6 sites to pitch

3/ Writes the pitch

Riya drafts a short, honest email for each target, and can write the article a site might want to publish.

Subject: Billorchard for your AP software roundup

Hi Dana,

I'm on the team at Billorchard. We make accounts payable software for finance teams of 5 to 50 people. I saw your roundup of AP tools for small finance teams. Paycedar is on it, and we think readers would want a second option.

Billorchard reads invoices, routes approvals and syncs with QuickBooks and Xero. Here's a two-line summary and a link to a free trial account you can use for the review: Billorchard: AP automation for small finance teams.

If a short guest piece on "closing the month with a two-person AP team" fits your site better, I'm happy to write it.

Thanks either way,
Sam

Where SaaS competitors get their links

Most of a SaaS competitor's links come from five kinds of sites. Once you see them in your report, they stop looking out of reach.

FAQ

How often does the backlink analysis run?

On a schedule you set, for example once a week. Each report is compared with the last one, so you see new links and new targets.

Can I change the emails?

Yes. Tell Riya what to change, a feature to mention, a different angle, a shorter version, and she rewrites it.

What does "authority" mean?

It's a score for how much trust a site carries. A link from a respected review site or industry newsletter helps much more than one from a small blog. Riya shows it for every site so you spend effort where it counts.

Will you buy links?

No. Riya finds real sites that would plausibly link to you and writes honest pitches for them. Votrix doesn't buy links or build bulk low-quality links.

Do I need to do anything myself?

Very little. Tell Riya about your product and your competitors once. She does the analysis and the writing. You can tell her which targets to skip.

How is this different from Ahrefs or Semrush?

Those tools show you backlink data and stop there. Riya uses the same kind of data, from DataForSEO, then picks the targets and writes the pitches and any article they need. The results come back in your weekly report.
